This is like a one-sided vaginal speculum on which a screwing device is attached. A fiber optic light cable can be directly attached to this screwing device. It can be used as a lighted vaginal speculum in vaginal surgeries, vaginal hysterectomy, suturing episiotomies, and repairing vaginal and cervical tears. It can also be used as an abdominal retractor with light to see deep and difficult areas clearly.
