Use
The cannulla is inserted into the post partum uterus to prevent and treat PPH. Negative pressure is applied and the uterine cavity wall is sucked in through the small cannulla holes thereafter closing the bleedings. After 30 mnts the suction is released and the cannulla is slightly rotated and taken out.
Description
This is a 25 cm long and 12 mm diameter SS cannulla with multiple holes of 4 mm diameter at the distal 12 cm [total 48 holes]. The cannulla is inserted into the post partum uterus to prevent and treat PPH. After introducing the cannulla 700 mm of negative pressure is applied. The wall of the uterine cavity is strongly sucked into the small holes of the cannulla there by closing all the bleeding sinusoids and arterioles due to pressure effect of suction. Because the wall of the uterine cavity is strongly sucked and held by the cannulla the uterus cannot expand and relax even in atonic PPH. The negative suction pressure is maintained for 30 minutes so that the clotting occurs in these small vessels and bleeding is permanently stopped. After 30 minutes the suction is released and the cannulla is slightly rotated and taken out. This is a very simple and safe break through invention to prevent and treat PPH with absolute success and connect to a suction machine and works even in DIC. This can be used during Caesarian section also.
